We have a rental house on Laguna Beach and live about 5-hour drive away. There was a hard freeze this year and we had several pipes burst. The neighbor turned the water off and told me to get a plumber. I called (never have used them before). They were very friendly to talk to, although they were swamped with lots of busted pipes! They fixed all the burst pipes within a couple of days and turned the water back on. They texted me a bill and are very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again.

Owner, Jimmy Lumley, responded within hours and personally outlined the job, its possible pitfalls, and quoted a turnkey price, including disposal of items removed. Journeyman plumbers arrived, took every precaution to avoid damaging counter top, and were successful. Arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves. Professional, personable and courteous. Would hire them again for sure.

Jimmy Lumley was prompt in responding, giving me a very reasonable estumate. scheduling and completing the job. I was impressed with every part of the process and will be using him again on my rent house in the near future.

After finding Jimmy on Angie's list and reading reviews my husband and I
chose him no problem. He did just as the other reviews had said! He
came the same day we called and gave an estimate to put in a new sewer
and lines within 24 hours. We needed a certain window of time to have
this done and Jimmy said no problem. He came with a crew and did
excellent work and was very professional. He even bought my husband
lunch! I have never heard of that, it's usually the other way around.
If you are just not sure who to use for your plumbing job, hands down,
Jimmy is your guy!
He quoted $1800 but not to go over $2600 and charged $1800. My husband is a licensed plumber in another state and said it was a very fair and reasonable price.
