The project was delayed a couple weeks due to all the rain in February but John was up-front about the delay. When the weather dried up a bit John called to schedule the work a couple days out. His crew showed up and got going on the morning promised. The work went smoothly. I asked John for an adjustment to the concrete forms at the porch stairs and it was taken care of no problem. The crewmen also scraped the sod from the area to be poured and placed it in a bare spot for me. They also asked me where to put the excess dirt. Overall they did a great job. "Good work, but more expensive than I expected. They charged me for time to install the wrong size disposal, then guy had to leave so he sent for another plumber to come and bring the correct size unit, remove the wrong one and install correct size. I would think he could see that my sink is a deep sink versis regular sink before he installed the wrong one. How is his error my expense? I had to pay for 3.5 hours of labor for what should've been a 2 hour job. The faucet repair was quick and simple and he did a great job with it."
