His subcontractors to do the tiling and excavation did perfect work done expeditiously. They were no nonsense but very friendly and were frankly, a joy to have around the house. My bathroom belongs in a design magazine. In the lifetime I have left, I will hire Pablo and Simplicity Construction for any construction job for everything this house needs. He is also a terrific guy. On time, within budget, beautiful work, friendly and dependable work. What else is left?"

At two feet they were crawling on their bellies. The three arrived at my house on time, Chris explained exactly what was to be done and the three of them completed the job in a most professional manner. I inspected the crawlspace when the job was completed and was amazed at the workmanship that was done.
