Even though we already had an idea of the floor plan we wanted, Calvin made some design suggestions, such as adding a pony wall to incorporate a support beam. This addition gave the apartment a separate office space which my mother loves! If any issues arose during construction, Calvin addressed concerns quickly and satisfactorily. He was easy to contact via phone call, text, or email, and he responded immediately. He and his whole crew were professional, and their attention to detail was exceptional. "I had read of West Shore Home's reputation of quality work. But from my initial visit and presentation from Anthony Thom(Design Consultant) concern, my needs and wants was what he focused on. He also let me reach out to him several times to ask questions I had forgotten to ask and he quickly and gladly answered them without hesitation. What my wife and I like about Tim is that we know the work is going to be done right, whether by him personally or the people he sub-contracts to do plumbing, electrical, etc. He's on the job every day, either working or inspecting to make sure everybody's on task.
