Even though we already had an idea of the floor plan we wanted, Calvin made some design suggestions, such as adding a pony wall to incorporate a support beam. This addition gave the apartment a separate office space which my mother loves! If any issues arose during construction, Calvin addressed concerns quickly and satisfactorily. He also let me reach out to him several times to ask questions I had forgotten to ask and he quickly and gladly answered them without hesitation.
