It went well. They were pretty good. They have a lifetime warranty in their product. Their service was pretty efficient. They came out on the day and time they said they were gonna be there. The business sent someone a week later to check our system. All of our other neighbors with gutters said ours were probably overflowing because we lacked a second downspout in the front.  Expecting the business to install another downspout they collected a HANDFUL of pine needles from a SMALL hole from the upper level gutter system that drains into the lower level gutter system (which leads to the...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Had I written this review immediately after we had this company install our gutters, I would have probably given them an A or a B.  I am RED FLAGGING this company because of their "lifetime warranty."  Our gutters started overflowing this spring 2012, which was almost a year post-installation.  We called the 800 number that we had on the invoice and statement of work.  NOTE: DO NOT CALL THAT NUMBER.  THE BUSINESS RARELY CHECKS THIS NUMBER.  After a delay we received word back from the business.  Read the rest of the story below.
