Accurate property services FAR exceeded expectations. They were not only fast, easy to contact and thorough but they were extremely supportive through a tough and very stressful and emotional time for my family. Even after their job was done they helped me through deciding what to dispose of and ways to ensure I didn't re-contaminate my new home. Company did not explain upfront that they expected 1/2 of payment for services contracted before services were performed. That was not a good thing.

Mike was very professional. He call to see was ok to come earlier than our schedule appointment. He came in and immediately was able to identify the issues I was dealing with. He made recommendation and showed concern for my daughter as well. I will be hiring him to come do the air quality testing based in his findings.

Mike came out and reviewed the area of concern, made several recommendations but remediation of mold was not necessary. He took the time to explain things to me and made me comfortable with our future purchase of a condo for my son. I tried to pay Mike for his time but he would not accept. He seems honest and professional and I would recommend he and his company to others.
