Horrible, do not let this man into your house, do not pay the contractor ahead. He says he is the lab, that is a no go. He is dishonest and not upfront about what he charges.

Play by play todate: 1) I personally hurried to serve this customer after her plea for help stating her urgent need and that other contractors had taken advantage of her. 2) we discounted her $275 inspection, not charging her normal fees for fuel surcharge for an hour one-way drive without traffic, nor for our normal confined space access fee. 3) she did not wish to pay for any recommended mold testing, which we were fine 4) Ms [Consumer Name Removed] asked for a 50% senior discount and insisted that we pe"
