Michael Knight managed the project well by being professional, accessible, explaining everything thoroughly, providing helpful suggestions, and clearly communicating dates/times the work would be performed. His crew installed drainage, including a channel drain, in-ground drain boxes, and pipes carrying the drainage water as well as downspout water away from our house and down toward the road. They also graded most of our back yard, planted zeon zoysia grass, installed a paver stone patio, and built stairs to access the patio from our house. I have also used them for gutter cleaning, gutter repair, and downspout replacement and all experiences have been positive and fairly priced."

For instance, I just had work done by RS Andrews where the plumber servicing my work did a great job, but his administrative support team was really poor (each person had a different knowledge level about their services overall and how Angie's Lists offers work with their company), and their paperwork lacked some of the details the plumber said he would spell out. Not so with G Force Plumbing. The plumber, Raymond, is such a knowledgeable and caring person that he even took the time to review all the Angie's List offers, saving me hundreds of dollars I didn't know. Thank you, G Force! "The previous reviews helped with my decision to work with Donny and Patrick as they seemed very sincere and genuine. My experience was very similar while working with them at my home in Canton. The entire crew was professional and courteous. Most important, the job was done to perfection. They cleared a section of woods consisting of 60+ trees, graded and leveled for a building pad. The area was cleared and all the debris was removed, Donny and Patrick also removed and extra tree and an existing bush pile as a courtesy. When they finished the dirt was so compacted that the concrete contractor complained when digging the footers and completing the final grade. They preformed exactly as promised, and for the price proposed. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again."
