"Just recently, I had a project to have a tall 80-90 ft pine tree, and other trees, cut and removed. Also had two medium sized trees trimmed, and three medium sized shrubbery removed. The work crew did excellent work and exercised safety in every step of their job. They cut the 90-foot tree into smaller parts and used a machine to haul the smaller pieces to the chipping machine where they were chipped. Our driveway was covered with plywood sheets to protect the driveway concrete during the haul-away process. At day's end, the work crew diligently cleaned up the areas where they had been working and left those areas in an outstanding condition. All workers were most professional, courteous, and paid attention to even the smallest details. If you have any tree cutting, tree removal, or trimming that needs to be done, I highly recommend Arbor Force Tree Services as your first choice to get the job(s) done. I have used them four times over the previous five years."

"They showed up as promised to do the quote and was very professional in marking everything they were to cut down or clean up. The following day I received a written quote. I emailed acceptance of the quote requesting service ASAP. I also mentioned I had an expired coupon from Angies List and asked if they would still accept it. Later that day, I received a revised quote with the coupon applied. Later they called and asked if they could come out late afternoon the following day to do the work....I said yes w/o hesitation! 5 strong young men showed up on time to do the work requested. They cut the trees, limbs and brush into pieces they could carry w/o bringing large equipment onto the yard. All 5 in the crew worked very hard and steady, piling the trees and brush onto a pile to be picked up the following day. They did an excellent job and cleaned up when done. The following morning a truck with a boom came and picked up the large pile. He too worked very hard and completed the job in a timely manner. His final clean up was not great, but OK. We are in the process of putting in a new lawn and the small amount of leaves/twigs left behind was not significant and I suspect if we had a nice yard, he would have done a better job. I have no complaints as he did rake and had most of the small twigs and leaves removed. All the people I dealt with were very polite and professional at their job, from the quote, cust. srvc., crew and hauler. I would not hesitate to use them again. I am waiting for the stump to be ground, but was told that would be done at a separate time. If not done timely, I will update my review."
