Thomas was the project manager and he was very thorough with checking things out before quoting the job. He was very professional and easy to work with throughout the project. He touched base frequently throughout the scheduling and construction periods to let me know how things were progressing. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."
