They are great parts changers NOT service techs, guy that came out was really dirty and not respectful of my carpet n property. I finally run them off, and called Design air. He found a wire was rubbed through the insulation shorting out the defrost board. He also showed me that the defrost board had a 5 amp fuse that was blown rather than a board being bad. Boy, I sure could have used that 300 Conner charged me. I don't believe my old board was bad now. I got had. I will defiantly be using Design air again.

Turn out to be the wiring for the well pump which required a well repair specialist.

They did a perfect job. When I call them they are right here. I don't have to wait in the hot summer when we have problems. They are very good, I have no problems with them, and I will continue to use them.

In fact they came by the day before they were to do the job just to make sure they brought all the right equipment, etc. so they could do the job in a timely and efficient manner.
