The work was performed when he told us it would be and completed very efficiently and effectively. He communicated regularly and advised when unforeseen complications arose (there weren't many but I expected on a 30 year old roof on a 70 year old house there would be some). "Work was done well and it will probably last the 50 years they advertise. Only one area of roof trim is not flush. Worked around existing gutter guards. However, clean up was not great. They squashed plants in front bed after they asked and I told them to not harm the front flower beds. Moved patio furniture around and didn't put it back when done. Still had old shingle pieces on patio. They bent a gutter baffling. Didn't put gutter down spout extender back. So care for property is so so."
