I decided to get a 2nd opinion, Mike from 4 Seasons came out, actually pulled out is ladder and inspected by getting up on the roof (imagine that!). He said he could do what the big roof company wanted to do for a little less but was not necessary and it was clear it just needed some resealing in one area where two roofs came together. "Work was done well and it will probably last the 50 years they advertise. Only one area of roof trim is not flush. Worked around existing gutter guards. However, clean up was not great. They squashed plants in front bed after they asked and I told them to not harm the front flower beds. Moved patio furniture around and didn't put it back when done. Still had old shingle pieces on patio. They bent a gutter baffling. Didn't put gutter down spout extender back. So care for property is so so."
