"Keith from Premier Pest Solutions was very professional & knew exactly what game plan to use. I had a rat problem & my eldest son had gotten quotes for over $2000. Premier Pest Solutions gave me a much more reasonable price I could work with. Even with the rain, temperature & wind, he came earlier than he said & told me what he was going to do. The next day, I was seeing a difference, now a week in, I am not hearing anything scurrying around my kichen cabinets. If you want the right price, with the right company, here they are. They went above & beyond what I was expecting! Knowledgeable, respectful & honest company"
"It went great. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I get quarterly service and have been for over 15 years. I would definitely recommend Absolute Exterminating Services."
"This company came out on 6/24/23 and completed the job with ease and such professionalism. If you have a wildlife issue you definitely want to give them a call!! Superb service!"
"They got out to me fast. Very professional group of people. On time, took the time to explain what they were going to do and why and got the job done. I would recommend."
"We have a warranty for a period of time. We got two other quotes that were significantly higher. We had two other instances. The people who owned the house before us apparently had a significant issue and they blew insulation in to cover it up so it was not discovered in the home inspection. When these issues started popping out, we had squirrels try to enter in other areas. I do not know enough about squirrels to know if it is bad that they had to come back out or if it is normal. They are responsive. They come back out and I have a two year guarantee and then after that, I have to annually repurchase the guarantee. I have the repairman’s cell number so I am not going through the company. I text Carl directly and he is usually out in three days. So, his responsiveness is great. The thing they could do differently is to have the squirrels not come back."
"Titan is great! My boyfriend and I are new homeowners and we had a major squirrel infestation in our attic. I am so glad we chose Titan as they solved all of our problems while also preventing future issues. They are super knowledgeable on animal behavior and are quick, efficient, and humane. Our house is two stories on a hill, so the roof is extremely high and drives most people away, but that was no problem these guys! They thoroughly screened and sealed our vents and gaps in the roofing. They also installed protective, easy-to-clean baskets around the lower vents. One of the technicians found bird nest remnants in our dryer vent and cleaned it out for us, reminding us that it was important to clean it every year to prevent fires: Something I would never have thought of! They successfully found the hole that the squirrels had chewed in our siding and were using as access to our attic. They patched the hole safely and effectively, taking great care not to damage any roofing along the way. Now our house is completely sealed, our vents are protected, and our attic is squirrel free! Thanks Guys!"
Brian removed a large hornet nest from our house that was rapidly expanding outside our bedroom window. He said they were bald faced hornets and explained how he managed to destroy the nest without getting stung. He worked from the ground using a long pole with a brush to remove the nest while the hornets were buzzing around it. He explained that by first spraying and killing the "sentry" hornets and then not running away or acting afraid, they ignored him. No one got stung!
We had a discussion about removing bats. I was pleased to learn that they do not kill bats but install a sort of one-way gate over the opening so the bats can leave but not return. Since bats are very useful creatures and eat tons of mosquitos and other pesky insects, I was very much in agreement with this approach.
They also avoid killing other animals the get into houses like raccoons.
A treatment from a pest control service can last anywhere from 3 to 6 months, depending on the type of treatment, what pest it’s treating, and what environment you live in. This is why pest control service companies often offer packages where they come out multiple times a year to apply treatment to the outside or inside of your home.
Bird and bat pest control involves assessing the site, installing deterrents, sealing entry points, and, in some cases, safely removing infestations following regulatory guidelines.
No single deterrent will work 100 percent of the time, so we suggest combining deterrents to ensure your seed has the best possible chance to grow. Using bird netting over your seed, with physical deterrents like mylar tape coupled with hanging bird feeders at the edges of your growing area—and removing any bird’s nests, if possible—will give your seeds the best possible chance for success.
Set live traps or install a one-way door to evict squirrels, rodents, and other animals from your attic. Once they’re out, seal any entry points to prevent the animals from returning. If you’re dealing with an infestation, call a pro.
Yes, it is generally safe to return to your house once the pest control professionals have granted permission. Keep in mind that you’ll only need to evacuate your home during extreme pest control treatments, such as whole-home fumigation, while more minor treatments don’t require leaving. When you return home, be sure to follow the pest pro’s instructions carefully, especially those surrounding wait times and safety precautions.
