"I can't say enough about Mike Powers and Power Appraisal Inc. He helped me through a jam that I believed was hopeless. My brother and I were informed late in 2023 that we had four properties requiring appraisals before the end of the year. I contacted several places and received no response, or was told that the four appraisals could not be completed before the end of the year. Then Mike, at Power Appraisals, emailed me, and I called him soon after. I was expecting the same response I received from the others, considering it was peak holiday season, and there were four properties in two different counties, in the mountains, that needed to be appraised. Fortunate for us, Mike didn't flinch. He assured me he could complete the task by Dec. 31. A few days later, I was thrown a curve ball.
