"I can't say enough about Mike Powers and Power Appraisal Inc. He helped me through a jam that I believed was hopeless. My brother and I were informed late in 2023 that we had four properties requiring appraisals before the end of the year. I contacted several places and received no response, or was told that the four appraisals could not be completed before the end of the year.
