McCith Appraisals provides Certified Residential Real Estate Appraisal Reports for all non lending purposes such as estates, divorces, tax assessment appeals, pre listings and market value determinations. We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality, and customer service that we provide to meet our clients needs. It is our mission to provide a detailed and thorough report. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our client, we take great care to work and communicate with every client in a professional manner. **Please do not reach out if you are purchasing a home with a bank loan! Banks require the use of their own appraiser and will not accept an appraisal with someone they did not contract with directly.**

The appraiser was very prompt with getting back to me. He came out very quickly; He was not at my home for very long, very polite and professional. I did receive my appraisal back in the time frame he gave me and I was very pleased with my report, Very professional and he took great pictures. He was also able to get very good comparable sales that were within 1 mile of my home and he was able to find very recent sales. I would absolutely use his services again.
