I worked with this company on two appraisals, one for a tax appeal and another for my grandmother's estate. The process was straightforward and fast both times. With the tax appeal, I saved thousands thanks to their expertise, and with the estate based on the home value they gave, I got my grandmother's home sold in three days! They gave me a discount both times, which was a plus. As far as communication, it was great! The appraiser explained everything in full detail. Very satisfied with my results. Love these guys! So friendly, easy to contact, make an appointment with and they are very flexible with their scheduling. Oh, and the communication! My situation is a complicated one that needed a lot of explaining so I could get a proper appraisal and information for my own piece of mind too. They were very prompt in response time, like immediate responses, haha. Understood everything. This appraisal was hassle free. Super easy billing with easy payment options and I had my report in no time. The report itself was very detailed so I had no space for question. I love that as I always have questions. It also had a number that included the value less the real estate closing commissions. That was helpful to me. I highly recommend this company and would totally use them again!!

Excellent! Greg was awesome in helping us determine the true value of home at the time the appraisal was completed. Don't risk your hard earned home equity with a realtor guessing what they think the listing value should be. Greg kept us from making an $80,000 mistake. By the way, Worth Every Dollar gathered our home information on a Saturday which saved me from taking a day off work. The appraisal was very fair. But I really appreciated was the level of professionalism and patience Greg and his team provided. I spoke with Greg at least 2 different times before the appraisal took place and another 2 or more times afterwards where he patiently answered question and explained the process for determining the value. We had a unique circumstance and he understood that it was very important for us to understand the report, which was very professionally done as well. If I would need another appraisal I would definitely use them again. Not only did we receive a fair appraisal but also got education on the process as well. Thanks

EXCELLENT I contacted Greg @ Worth Every Dollar and although his quote was the highest I elected to use their services. He took the time to explain the process to me and as a single woman (who hasn't always had the best experience with contractors) that meant a lot. The inspector, Charles, was very professional and I received a complete and detailed appraisal as promised. I have reached out to Greg several times since and he quickly and patiently answers my questions even though it's been months since the appraisal was done. Definitely worth every dollar!

Three days after I contacted them, Greg came over to conduct the appraisal. He was very punctual, patient and thorough. Four days later, the paperwork was complete. The appraisal was exactly what I needed to successfully win my property tax appeal with the Board of Equalization. I will definitely use them again.

The appraisal was fast and easy. I initiated contact and he immediately too the time to explain to me my option to ensure I was getting what I needed and at the best price. Once I was sure, I called him back and made the appointment which ended up being just a few days later, so no longer wait (that's a plus). He was right on time and he did a through job with his inspection. He also took the time to talk with both my husband and I to gather additional details about the property. The report was produced and e-mailed to me just a few days later. It was easy to read and understand. He gave us peace of mind that we were not getting totally ripped off by the county, just a little ripped off. :-) He was great to work with and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend Every Dollar Appraisals to anyone I know.
