He did his best, but the results were abysmal. The flooring did not adhere to the subfloor and looked terrible...

    The first day the guys removed the old fence, cut away brush that was in the way and installed most of the posts.  Second day they installed the rest of the fence and we did a "walk through" and they showed me how to use the gate lock.  They cleaned up and left about 4:15.
