Neil Brooks Electrical

Every thing went well.  He arrived when he said he would.  I was very knowledgeable and fast.  He found the problem quickly completed the work in no time at all.  This being my first time using an electrician, I am glad my experience was a good one and if I ever need more electrical work to be completed, I will be calling Neil.

Neil arrived on time and started work promptly. He completed all seven projects perfectly. Friendly and professional. I would certainly call him again.

He was very responsive and timely. He did the work that we had asked him to do. His pricing was reasonable. He was very professional as well.

The service was done quickly and professionally. It looked nice too.

As always, Neil was prompt, professional, efficient and good at what he does. I have used his services for many years both in my business and home. He is the best, and so subsequently, very busy. Highly recommend

Found Neil through Angie's List. At first I was hesitant because when I first called him he said he would come over the next day (didn't say when, just that he would call when he was on his way), but then there was no call and he didn't show up. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and called him again at the end of the day to follow up. He apologized profusely and he said his daughter called him to remind him that it was his 30 year anniversary so he had to get home right away. He said he would call me the day after so he can come by and check out the house. He called like he said he would and came over and went through the entire inspection report and throughout the house to make sure the report wasn't missing anything. He wrote everything down on a little notepad then said he would call me the next day to give me the quote since his wife does the paperwork. He called the next day and gave me the quote that included all labor and materials. I told him to start right away.  He came the next morning and spent a little over four hours crossing everything off the list. 
I trust the quality of the work he did. He was very nice and likes to chat about his grandchildren (while he's working), and fishing. He looks like he's rushing, but I get the feeling its more like he's trying to get it done right away and not waste any time. Definitely a mom and pop business that have been doing electrical work in Tallahassee for decades. Would use him again if any other electrical work comes up (knock on wood).
I didn't get another quite because I figure electricians are expensive anyway, I would rather pay someone for knowledge and experience to get quality work than go the cheap-y route and pray that it turns out okay.

I called Neil at 10am and by 2pm he was at the house and had diagnosed the problem.  He was quick, friendly, and I would definitely use his services again.

Neil was great. When he went to put the oven in we found that the opening in the wall was 1/2 inch too small. He got out his saw and fixed the problem without any difficulty. I would use him again.

They were great. They were good about being on time. I would recommend them.

My experience with him was terrific. He was friendly and a hard worker. He got the work done quickly. The price was reasonable  He was also very knowledgeable.

Mr. Brooks arrived as scheduled. He assessed the situation, let us know what needed to be done and he did it. He estimated that it would take him less than 2 hours and he was correct. It took him about 1 hr and 40 minutes. Mr. Brooks was very friendly and he corrected a problem in the wiring. We will certainly be using him again.

Excellent. Mr. Brooks showed up on time and worked quickly to assess and repair the problem. He was courteous, friendly, and professional at all times. Excellent experience; I would use this contractor again and would recommend him to anyone else.

I contacted Mr. Brooks on Friday and we scheduled service for Thursday. This was his soonest opening. I had to work that day, so I asked my sister to come to the house to let him in. According to her he did the work efficiently and was polite to her. He gave an estimate for installing the outlet and that came in spot on. Then he hooked up the plug to the dryer (just two screws) on the house. He then stated that he would fix the bad wiring in the house in less than an hour and said that it would only cost his hourly labor. Everything is working great.
