We did the work in 2 stages from the street to the house then a month later all ins plumbing replaced with copper pipe. First thing noticed was how much more water pressure which was welcome. Both parts done in one day flat. The inside crew vacuumed and washed the floor when done. No dust or foot prints left behind. In today’s world you just don’t see quality work like this. "All went smoothly. They did have to come back out and redo the way one pipe was going to another with a coupler as opposed to tape but there was no issue in doing this. One thing I will add is that people need to check with their termite company before doing an encapsulation. This voided our lifetime warranty. State building code (I called our county's office) is supposed to leave 4 inches down from the concrete blocks with encapsulation so they can do a termite inspection to supply a warranty. They did not do this and the termite company wanted this to code to supply a temite warranty. Sundry had to come back out to remove some of the encapsulation and charged us the cost of doing this. The workmanship was good on both the trenching for removing water under the house and the encpaulation. The encapsulation just wasn't to code which cost us an extra $3000."

Could not reach the sales person to ask questions after job was booked. There was confusion about what was to be done exactly. The workers were diligent and helpful wiith moving some of the junk in the basement. Job was done quickly and the areas left clean."
