"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this plumber and I will only call them next time!! Thanks Ragsdale!"

Even longer for an install! Dean was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He explained everything so that we felt good in our decision and understood our situation. After being swindled the week before with a company claiming we had black mold (BEWARE OF FEBREZAIR!) we were so happy to find honest and expert care and work done. Highly recommend!
