One screen was not square when it arrived, but they ordered a replacement (for no extra cost) and did not expect us to complete payment until that had been installed. We hope to use them again once we are ready to replace more windows on our old house. :-)"

Michael was so professional and prompt. I must say after he repaired my window the first time I was so overwhelmed about what had happened to me. Michael gave me options and didn't try to overprice the work that needed to be done. He is a real family man with family values. He is serious about his work and cares about any job he is going to complete. My second window was a pretty large window and he handled everything with ease and quick. He repaired the wood around the window and even made it look better than the original window looked. Now when I get out of my car and look at the window I just smile. I will always call Michael and Superior when I need any type of repairs."
