"Our old water heater finally gave out, and the team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Savannah Metro recommended and installed a tankless system for us. The whole process was easier than I expected, and they answered all of my questions without rushing. Very professional and easy to work with. I would gladly use them again."

"With our shallow well running dry and getting the run-around from another company for a couple of weeks, we called Blanton's. The day after I called, Trey stopped by to check things out. By the following Thursday, we had water flowing from a new well. This company is so professional, so friendly, efficient, and they do what they say they are going to do. I highly recommend them for your well needs. We will not hesitate to call them again, if needed. Very pleased. Thanks, Blanton!!"

"The Technician who installed the Water Softener System was very professional and was very knowledgeable of Water Softener Systems."

"Jeff was great to work with.  He gave me a systematic approach to solving some ongoing water/drainage issues we may have.   He recommended first and foremost fixing a number of things his company would not benefit at all from (roof/gutters/downspouts, dehumidier) prior to us embarking upon a major project.  Thus, I felt that he was honest and gave answers/suggestions that weren't "cookie cutter" and had our best interest in mind.
If we do end up taking on a major basement waterproofing project after doing some of the more minor fixes he suggested, I will definitely be giving him a call to have his company do the work.

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
