"I previously hired a handyman to install a new water heater as well as carry out some punchout work for a house I am selling. He caused an accident while installing the water heater which lead to water spilling from the bathroom upstairs into the first floor ceiling, damaging the ceiling and he didn't install the water heater properly and to make it worse, he took off and didn't return my phone calls. I went on Home Advisor to request bids, and got a call from Guice Services. They came out the very same day they called (John came out). He was very professional, diagnosed the problem while educating me, performed a quality 25 point inspection, corrected the fittings that were not properly installed on the water heater by the handyman, as well as made recommendations. He also tested all fixtures 3 times to make sure there were no issues. Lastly, he made sure to clean up behind him as they had to cut out the ceiling. I am DEFINITELY going to be using Guice Services again for all my other properties and would recommend them as well. Their rates are also competitive and reasonable. Guice Services saved the day! "It was a wonderful experience working with Jason B and Sergio G to transfer my bathtub into a shower. They arrived at 7 a.m. and the entire job was completed by 2 p.m. Jacuzzi Bath supplied Everything .. all supplies. I did not have to go and purchase any tile, flooring, faucets etc. If you want a quick bathtub change, this is the way to do it. It was a little pricey, but worth the ease of getting the job done."

After seeing how gorgeous the walk in shower was, I asked if the bathroom walls could be tiled partway up. Florin was able to do it and make it look like that was the original plan. Also I now enjoy going in the laundry room whereas it used to be depressing just to walk in it. It's been almost 4 years since the work was done and I'm still loving it."

"Josh W. and Cody R. Did our remodel. They removed a jacuzzi tub and installed a shower in its place. They were courteous, answered all our questions and did a great job. They were timely and efficient. The representative that we placed order with did had told us some misinformation about a foot stand and also did not write down one item we had requested. Josh and Cody reported this to company and the problem was readily taken care of. We do have some discolored areas around area where shelves were installed and do not know if this is from glue but so far it has not caused a problem that we know of. We are satisfied customers."

"The overall experience with Atlantis was very good. I had a leak in the main water line to my house in the front yard. Bryan, showed up well within the targeted window. Based on the observations of two other contractors I thought leak detection equipment would be necessary to find the leak before repairing it. Bryan said he thought he could find it without that additional expense ($350-$450). It took him about 30 minutes and he located the leak. Within the next couple of hours he was able to make the repair, test the line and then back fill the hole. He did an excellent job and kept me informed through the entire process. The final cost was $575 which was slightly less than two other quotes at $598 and $600, but he saved me the leak detection cost which I would have incurred with both of the other contractors. So I saved a good bit of money. The overall experience with Atlantis was very good and I would definitely recommend them."
