My repairmen was Oscar The Grouch. He replaced my dryer belt. Hours after the repair I noticed a bit of a thud whenever the tub would spin. I didn?t think anything of it at first and thought it would eventually stop but the thud continued. It?s only been two weeks since the repair so I called the company to request someone come out to take a look at the dryer. The same repairman came. This time he offered to disassemble the dryer to show me what he repaired and very quickly told me he would have to charge me to reassemble it because that service wouldn?t be covered under their 90 day warranty. He could tell I was not satisfied and told me he was leaving because there was nothing he could do for me. Needless to say, I will be filing a claim with BBB and my bank. I shouldn?t have any issues with a repair I just paid $225 for to only have to call them back for him to look at it and tell me whatever is going on now would be a new charge & repair.

Do not waste your time or money. They are not professionals and just want to charge you the $77 fee for nothing. They came to my house and checked my washer, they told my wife it will cost around $1400 to repair the unit. they said transmission is bad that?s why it is leaking. i had another person look at it and he said its a faulty door seal that needs replacement around $300.

On December 18, 2024, a service technician from Appliance EMT, Mark, performed a washing machine repair at our premises, resulting in damage to both the washer and dryer. Despite at least six subsequent contacts with Appliance EMT customer service, the issue remains unresolved. Explanations for the delay have been inconsistent, culminating in the delivery of inappropriate automotive touch-up paint as a proposed solution. Furthermore, mid level management's assurances of follow-up have not been fulfilled. Attempts to communicate with upper level management have been unsuccessful. Based on this experience, we find it necessary to recommend seeking alternative appliance repair services.

Appliance EMT, mostly from Ivan from my experience, is the best repair people in the industry from my experience. He has fixed my icemaker/refrigerator many a time. He has also fixed my oven light etc. He it totally, honestly the very best at what he does. He is from the Ukraine, and is oh so very nice and so very trustworthy. He is oh so very honest and wonderful. What a totally great guy he is also. If you ever need a so very wonderful repairman and great guy, I would hire him wholeheartedly forever. Thank. you so much!

They quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to resolve it within am hour. Service technician was very polite and comforting. The initial visit was for a dryer that was not working and he discovered that it was due to an inadequate power supply. I later hired them to repair my ice maker, which was also quickly diagnosed a repaired once the necessary part was available. They are now my go-to for appliance repair and would recommend them.

Timely and efficient.

My technician was wonderful. He explained the best and worst case scenario. Lucky for me, the best case scenario was what turned out to be the problem. I did allow him to perform preventive maintenance on my appliance because of my confidence in his recommendations.

Had our microwave oven die and it had multiple issues. Called Appliance EMT and Marcus came to our rescue! He was extremely professional, friendly, and took time to explain his troubleshooting process, it was a neat education into microwave ovens. He found multiple problems apparently caused by major components shorting out and blowing fuses everywhere. He was tenacious is finding all the problems and stayed calm and continued to describe the issues to me. After waiting several weeks to get all the parts ordered and received, Marcus was able to get our oven back into like new operation. Thanks Marcus, we need more young technicians like you who enjoy the challenge and have a never give up attitude. We will always go to Appliance EMT in the future and highly recommend them to our friends, especially recommend Marcus!
