Bedroom floor needed wood refinished, carpet removed. Very efficient, professional personnel, did a great job! Clean up done well and we have a beautifully finished floor. There were a few unexpected issues that were discovered when carpeting removed in our 60+ year old home, but these were easily taken care of by Footprints. Highly recommend!

Super fast and friendly and responsive. A bit more expensive than others but did it within two weeks of the request and completed in less than two days. Would recommend.

We were given a very competitive bid for removing our existing carpet and replacing it with Luxury Vinyl Plank. The work was done according to the timing agreed upon. The workers were pleasant and diligent. We are very pleased with our beautiful new flooring!

Kevin visited my condo to provide free consultation on various options that are available - I thought I had hardwood floor for the condo that I just purchased, but he showed me that it was engineered wood instead. Footprints floors has provided me with the best quote for my LVP installation out of four quotes that I received including CostCo's. Kevin and his team arrived on time on installation date and provided high quality LVP installation. They provided all necessary paperworks ahead of time and abide by my condo HOA rules. I'm very satisfied with the value and the quality of work they provided in addition to the one year warranty on floor installation! I will definitely have them work on my next flooring project.

Footprints Floors worked with me on a shower installation in a 1/2 bath. They took the job after another contractor failed to complete the project. The company worked with me on scheduling, price , material and design of my ground level bath. The manager is professional, the craftsman who installed the tile was detailed and produced a beautiful finished product. The final cost did not deviate from their original estimate. I highly recommend them.

When moving some furniture for an upcoming move, we noticed that our hardwood floors were severely buckled. Kevin quickly came out and made us feel comfortable that he could get the issue repaired. Kevin and his great team showed up a few days later and did an amazing job on our floors. You cannot even tell that there was an issue. We will use them for any future issues that we have and will highly recommend them to anyone that asks.

The did excellent work when they said they were going to. An appliance was inadvertently damaged during the job - they immediately offered to reduce the amount of the invoice by replacement cost. Very impressed with their professionalism.

The online reviews for this company is really scary. However, I realize now that this is a franchise company with multiple owners. Kevin is the owner that we dealt with. He is a very kind and sincere person. The service itself and the consultation were great. This company does hire contractors to do the work but Kevin was onsite the whole time which I greatly appreciated. I would advise patients due to outside contractors being hired timing to start can be shakey. Once they did start they finished in a timely manner. The work done was great. Also advise to go ahead and move your own furniture. It seems convenient to allow them to do so. If something breaks you're kind of on a limb. Just do it yourself then there aren't any worries there. Again because it's Kevin and his contractors which ends up being about 3 people total. I did like that Kevin was able to customize our finish on our floors. Thanks Kevin!
