"The project went great and was completed on time. Denis is a hardworking, smart and proved to be a trustworthy problem solver. He resolved many unexpected issues that were uncovered in the demolition economically, producing a great product. The bathroom shower and tub had to be replaced, as well as toilet and lighting and all fixtures changed. Walls were repaired and painted. additionally, Denis's crew also painted the entire apartment to include refinishing the bathroom and kitchen cabinets. I am pleased with his work and highly recommend him."

"Paul, the operations manager, came out to look over the work to be done, discuss my concerns, and gather data for a free estimate. Ann, the office manager, had a detailed estimate to me within a day or two and I agreed to have the work done. The workers showed up promptly as scheduled each day of the job. The excavation turned out to require less time than estimated, and only half of the insulation needed to be replaced. Paul adjusted the quoted price accordingly. The work was done professionally and to my satisfaction. Paul and Ann kept me up to date throughout the course of the job. I would not hesitate to call on Crawlspace Medic again should the need arise."
