Worked with Jason for product selection, in home measuring, pricing, and scheduling. There were a few mishaps along the way, but each time I called and spoke with Kim and she handled everything professionally and quickly. Mishaps included: late arrival for in home measuring, install date had to be rescheduled, and on actual install date, carpet on stairs was missed on order. Late arrival for in home wasn't that big a deal for me, but could be for others. I called the day before the original install date to reschedule to be told that my carpet had not arrived and I was not on the schedule, but that my carpet could be on the dock, they just had not in processed yet. Not a big deal since I was calling to reschedule anyway. On install day, installers arrived and did not know about carpet for stairs so did not have it. At 8 months pregnant I was not pleased with this and called their office in tears. Kim was extremely nice and made a miracle happen and the carpet showed up the same day and was installed. Overall would use again and recommend for others.

I was given a priice of 10,000 to redo the kitchen. Jason was in the kitchen when he set the price. He also said it would take a week and he set the start date as May 24. Since I am moving the time set was as importatnt as the price. I also stressed that the use of custom molded countertops would solve a problem of covering the washer/dryer in the kitchen with a countertop that would cover the appliances. I did not quibble about the price. He started on time. At the point of the first demolition, my stove was left outside. There was pkenty of indoor space outside of the kitchen to store the stove. I called and received a response several days later. I said no problem if no rain. About a week later the rains came and my stove was still ouside. Jason responded wirh " not a problem". While laying the tile underlay, they broke my water connection to the fridge icemaker. On Sunday, floor flooded. On Monday, call Jason. He does not call me back. The painter found a plumber for me. I paid the plumber.

It was great. I do not remember how much their service cost because I had several different things done but their price was reasonable. What stood out to me about them was their small business and their attention to details. I would definitely consider using them again in the future if needed.

I had some problems with the flooring, but they were hard to get in-touch with. The job was fine, but the customer service was not really good afterwards. I would not recommend them or use them again because of their poor customer service.

This is a small company that does tiles, other floor reconstruction and backsplashes. They are extremely good on their prices; they beat the price of other larger tile suppliers we checked in this area. They provide very helpful follow-up. For the prices and the quality of work I would highly recommend them.
