Ann, the office manager, had a detailed estimate to me within a day or two and I agreed to have the work done. The workers showed up promptly as scheduled each day of the job. The excavation turned out to require less time than estimated, and only half of the insulation needed to be replaced. Paul adjusted the quoted price accordingly.
