The end result AND the process of getting there is/was great. Larry and his team were great people to work with. They were prompt, courteous and felt like family. As we’d expect, there were some surprises, but Larry always had a solution and he kept us apprised of any changes of schedule etc. He held to his quoted estimate and we feel we received excellent value for our investment in our house.

Larry and his team did a fantastic job. He totally got our vision and made it happen. We will absolutely use him again. He did everything he said he would do and more. Our tub was late due to Covid and 3 days after it came he was at our house installing it. Even though he had been paid in full months before. We felt totally confident in Dynamic Finshings. This review is long overdue. In February 2019, I had Larry with Dynamic Finishings replace vinyl flooring in my kitchen with wood look porcelain tile. I marvel everyday at what an awesome job. It turned out even better than I had hoped. Larry is extremely detail oriented and super focused on completing the job in a timely fashion and addressing any and all concerns that you may have. I plan on doing a little bathroom update in the future and know exactly who to call.

We hired Dynamic Finishings to remodel our master bathroom and refinish the ceilings in our other bathrooms. Larry and his entire crew were professional and highly skilled. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and would gladly hire them again for other projects.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work Larry Keel and his crew did on our 2 ½ bathroom project, to include removing a wall and installing a pocket door. John is a master of tile perfection. In fact, the Manar Shower Door installers complimented John's work for the craftsmanship of the shower wall and floor tiles. Larry always responded to our questions. He made sure the work not only met our expectations, but also went beyond our vision of modern, newly renovated bathrooms throughout our home. Both Larry and John and the entire team were polite, professional, and understanding of our vision, questions, and way forward for this project. All three bathroom look amazing. Absolute high recommend for your home projects that require skill, diligence, and professionalism. It was a pleasure working with Dynamic Finishings.

Excellent. Always on time; followed through as promised; cleaned up at the end of every day; made suggestions that were beneficial; superior quality of work.

Larry and his crew were great. We did a complete remodel of our master bathroom, plus some extra tile work and refinished our hard wood floors. Larry is very responsive and will promptly return texts. His tile work is excellent. I would highly recommend them.

The first phase of the project was completed on time and on budget. I was happy with the results. I look forward to getting started on the next phase of the project. This project was a big undertaking for me, I was a overwhelmed in the beginning. After meeting with Larry I no longer felt alone on this project. I have the confidence that a knowledgable and honest team are working with me to remodel our dream house.

It's hard to find a trustworthy contractor...unless you know Larry. He'll make sure the job is done and done right.

This was our second remodel with him. He is the brightest and most competent that you could fine.

Outstanding! We wanted a custom built entertainment center and floating shelves and instead of taking on the project Larry connected us with his trusted cabinet builder and electrician. After one call with Hill Cabinets it was confirmed Larry pointed us in the right direction. Transparent, informative, and a team builder. He also made himself available for future questions, consultations, connections, and work. The time taken to walk us through how to make our vision a reality was greatly appreciated.

Larry is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He kept me updated and constantly checked if I was happy with everything. He turned a covered patio into a room addition for me. His crew and subcontractors were all very courteous and did fantasy work. This company has five star ratings for a reason, I can’t recommend them enough!

Our evaluation of this major renovation is that Dynamic Finishings did an outstanding job. Mr. Keel’s pleasant personality, honestly, and integrity were critical to my husband and I during this renovation. I am the type of person that cannot always predict how a change may look, and Mr. Keel was very patient with this aspect of my personality which led to some changes in the original plan of the contract. The bathroom had to be completely gutted to accommodate the renovation. The walls and ceiling were removed to provide a more-open look. With this approach, we were able to fit in a Jacuzzi tub, a 4.5 foot shower, a double vanity, and a toilet area for which a pocket door was necessary due to limited space. The pocket door that was installed was of a very high quality, re-enforced with wood and brackets, much better than the typical contractor’s grade pocked door. Also, a pull-down attic stairs was installed (to replace the small access entry in the original ceiling) to allow easy access to my heating and air units. The wall tile and floor tile was professionally laid and is beautiful. All plumbing, which had to be reworked for the tub and shower, is working well. Also, the electrical changes that had to be made to accommodate a heated Jacuzzi tub and the multiple canned lighting fixtures in the bathroom also been working well. In summary, the bathroom is beautiful and we stayed close to the budget of the original contract. Once Mr. Keel’s men removed the floor and the walls, I wanted the subflooring to be re-enforced and all insulation in the walls and ceiling replaced, so this work added a slight increase to the cost. However, Mr Keel was more than happy to slow his time-table and allow this work to be done, even though we had not initially discussed this. Based on Mr. Keel’s broad level of experience as a Contractor and his high level of integrity, along with his even-tempered manner I would highly recommend Dynamic Finishings for a bathroom renovation and other major or minor construction needed.

Larry and his team at Dynamic finishing did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail was second to none. They were very easy to work with and far exceeded my expectations. Larry and his team communicated with us daily to make sure we were satisfied with our project. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any contractor. Larry Keel is an extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and very responsive contractor. Dynamic Finishings removed a 31' load bearing wall, added a large closet, added an attic access pull down stairs, added trim work and painted everything to match. Now you can't even tell that the wall was ever there. His crew was professional and friendly throughout the entire process, as well as his subcontractors. He would explain ways to cut cost instead of hiking up the price unnecessarily. He was very flexible as the scope was tweaked unexpectedly at times during the job. At the end of the day, he will make sure that you are happy! You can't ask for anything more. I am admittedly anal and would text him with questions in the evening expecting a response the next day. He would always text back immediately and be available for a phone call at any time. My wife and I are ecstatic about the finished product. I highly recommend this company for any renovations that might be too scary to tackle yourself. We had our kitchen replaced prior to Larry's work starting. The only reason that you didn't use Dynamic for that job is because one of our friends works for a kitchen cabinet company. But, the company we used didn't offer electrical, plumbing, or mechanical services. Larry gave me advice and contacts for those services as well. Our kitchen turned out as well as it did due to Larry's help at no benefit to him.

We had our a complete bathroom remodel , deck, doors also, such gorgeous work, they made this process easy and pleasant as possible...Definitely would hire them again!!!

Larry, Jacob, and their team did outstanding job. We live in high rise condo and asked them remodeling of master bathroom and floor of patio. Shower and bathroom were Successfully widened, tiled, beautifully renovated. Patio is also beautifully tiled. They are also helping us to find out people to install glassdoor and mirror (I.e. they assembled very powerful team). easy to communicate, they know and advised us lots of detail tips which was incorporated to renovation. Highly recommend. More than five stars.

Choosing Larry Keel at Dynamic Finishings to renovate a three car freestanding garage on my children's farm into a happy, welcoming home for me was one of the best decisions I've made. We met and went over the plans I had for my future home away from home, as I live out of state. That in itself could have been an issue with any other contractor, but not Larry. He was always available to answer a question, make suggestions, take care of things when I was absent. Answered a text with a phone call, immediately. Rick and his framing crew did an awesome job. When he had questions about window size, he called and we made decisions together. Can't say enough good things about Carlos, the electrician. When time came for positioning of outlets and switches, I has not there to walk through with him, so he sent a video. I will say that Larry Keel was the most hands on contractor I've ever met. If something needed done, right now, like laying the floor, he did it. He set the vanity in the bathroom, an oak dresser that I bought and had to be cut for the plumbing, well I bought the wrong faucet, so he goes to the local hardware store, sends me pictures to pick one out, buys it and installs it. Excellent workmanship all around. I would recommend Larry Keel and Dynamic Finishings to anyone who wants quality work done. I couldn't be more proud of my cozy little home.

We had Larry Keel add an addition to our Master bedroom closet. This is the 4th project we have had Larry do for us and as usual he did an exceptional job. You could not asked for a more honest, dependable and knowledgeable contractor than Larry. He is the only contractor that ever gave the key to my house. He can do what ever you need done and will do it the way you want it done. He only uses top material and good honest employees. He can think out of the box and solve problems if any arise. I wish we had known Larry before 2016 , it would have saved me time and money. I will only l use Larry for any other projects in the future. Rated A+++++.
