If you want a bathroom remodeled and you want everything done properly with attention to detail and you want the project to add value to your home as well as improving your total bath experience, Mark Keen should be at the top of your list for consideration. However when I had a crack in my tile and grout separation between the tiles. Mr. Keene is nowhere to be found to honor his one-year warranty on his work. I am at a complete loss for this behavior as he came out and looked at the crack in the tile and then I never heard from him again. Mr Keene, you have no excuse and no justification for your behavior. I will never hire any contractor who is not a long-term resident of Augusta again. Never again. 8/30/2021: I can not get Mr. Keene to respond to some warranty work that he knows about. He has refused to respond to several texts and phone calls.

The contractor was very professional, timely and regrouted the shower in one day. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He cleaned up thoroughly during and after. I would recommend him to others.

I cannot stress how pleased we were with Mark and remodeling our shower! We removed the current fiberglass insert and put in a tile shower. It made it so much more spacious. Mark was very patient and made sure we were satisfied during the entire process. I would highly recommend.
