Family owned since 1989, Bardi is rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau, was awarded Business of the Year in 2013 by the Gwinnett Chamber and received Best Customer Service by the BBB. Bardi is heavily involved with the community and offers free electronics pick-up and recycling during service calls to benefit Nobis Works, a nonprofit that supports people with disabilities seeking to join the workforce.

"I requested a HVAC tech come out to my home as my AC was not working properly. The tech recommended that I get a new AC. He told me he would have his sales rep come out to talk to me about the options I would have as far as replacing it. Their sales rep showed up. His name is Jimmy, and he told me all these great things about Bardi and their products. We came to an agreement of my buying a cheap HVAC system as I was trying to save money. It would cost me 12,000 dollars for the system. The next day April 5th, 2025 their install tech came out and installed the equipment. I was at work at the time, but I had a family member there. I returned home to find out the lower level of my home was not being cooled, and they had left part of my old HVAC system connected to the new system. It was a burnt up disconnect that should have been replaced and was a major part of what was wrong with my old system. Also they used a panel cover from my old system instead of new. I asked Jimmy to come and pick up the equipment which it states I have three days to reject the equipment in the contract. He expressed that I couldn't reject the equipment after it was installed. They had a tech come out the next day April 6, 2025 to fix the downstairs not working, and he fixed it. The next day it happened to be cold outside so I turned on the heat. No heat was coming out of the vents just cool air and the fan unit was running extremely loud outside. It was so loud it sounded like the fan unit was in my room on the second floor, so I turned it off. When I did turn off the fan unit made a horrible exploding noise. Once again I called Bardi and asked them to come get their HVAC system, they refused. Crystal the customer care rep is who I spoke with. She scheduled another repair tech to come out on April 12th to look at the HVAC system. I waited the entire day and no one showed up. I finally called and the receptionist told me it was their employee appreciation day no one would be coming. Monday I received a call from Crystal their customer care rep stating she text me and told me no one would be coming, but I never received that text. She scheduled another appointment for Easter Sunday. I stayed home Easter Sunday instead of going to church, and no one showed up again. I've stated each and every time I've spoken with someone from Bardi that I don't want to do business with them but they are basically trying to force me to keep their equipment at this point. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. These people are trying to rip their customers off basically. This should be illegal. I've reach out to get a lawyer to force them to remove their equipment from my home. Stay away from these people at all cost."

He agreed, but apprentice did the work.My experience thus far has been less than expected, and more importantly shocking with threats, bullying, including threats to put a lien on my home, insults, and the wrong assessment, invoiced for work not done, and work done, but not needed. Mr Sullivan came with an assistant who completed most of the work. Holes were left in my ceiling and wall and in addition garbage was left on the floor. He said he had to go home for lunch and would return. One Friday he called me and said he needed to pay his employee and to send him $850 with no invoice and just a payment link. The electrical box connections were faulty and could have caused an electrical fire. Hired a second professional company to fix the problem and paid over $1000 for the rewiring correctly.nSent several letters to Sullivan Electric to find a solution. Sent formal complaint to Better Business Bureau."
