"Overall, the installation went well. During the installation, a water pipe was hit accidentally, but the team did a great job to minimize damage and did everything asked of to remedy the issue (including repairing what got wet). The installation of the TVs and wiring was top notch, but i was impressed and appreciated the way the company handled the water issue. They truly cared about the customer service and it showed."

"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

"The showed up on time, within the window that they said they would. Schaffner called to confirm the appointment, and called when he was on their way. It took him less than 1 hour to do the job. I got a deal off of Amazon, and the price at the end was the same as the initial "deal". This was my first time using this company, and would recommend them to anyone who needs a television hung. The guy that came out was very quick, and professional."
