John came out and tried to repair my pump and but had to replace it with a new one after the clean out. He did such a great job they even found fish hiding I thought were dead and gone. "Excellent experience! From the first meeting with Lock and the decision to rebuild my 18 year old pond and waterfall, everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. Lock has a great skill for vision and design. Lock was excellent with communication all along the way. I knew almost to the minute when the supplies would be delivered and when Lock and his crew would arrive for the rebuild. I was scheduled on a day that worked for me, which I really appreciated. Lock and his crew worked tirelessly for 12 hours to complete my project in one day, and it is better than I expected. At completion of my project, the water was flowing and splashing down the falls. The surrounding area looked so natural and perfect in my backyard. Clean up was great! I am very happy with Beholder Aquatics and happy to recommend them to anyone who wants a water feature of any size or design. You won't be disappointed!"
