"ABSOLUTELY THE WORST home repair company that I have ever hired. Roderick Sheppard showed up late, and unprepared to do the work, even though he showed up two days prior to do a site survey. He was completely unprofessional the entire time, using profanity towards me, and constantly cutting me off when I mentioned any concerns. He even threatened me. When he realized he took advantage of my situation, he refused to do any other work neccessary to complete the repair. $675 to replace a 2 feet piece of fascia board, all while leaving the hole on the interior side, not allowing the board to be properly nailed in place. Again, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST company you can hire."
