Carlos did a fantastic job in designing and creating my slate backwash.  He has also completed several painting jobs in my home.

Carlos did a great job. I have stained trim so he had to do a lot of taping and there was not paint on the trim at all. He came when he said, was very clean and did a fantastic job. I would use him again.

It went okay, lately I have noticed there are areas that the paint looks faded inside the carport.  If they could come out to correct this I would be very appreciative.

It went very well.  Two people arrived to complete the job.  I chose one room for their four hour service a carpeted living room dining room, with stained knotty pine walls.  They worked as a team, one vacuuming, as another dusted.  They worked very well as a team.  I asked them to polish my walls as I used to do using Scot Liquid Gold. First applying the polish by dipping a Swiffer mop pad into to a paint rolling, then using another dry mop to remove the excess polish.  When completed the walls shined like new. 

They supplied all the cleaning materials and equipment except the pads and polish for the wall, as well as the polish for the other wood furniture, dining room table and chairs, end tables, leather sofa and chairs.

Carlos, the Project Manager, was professional in the beginning of the project.  Things changed when he did not show up within the days of beginning the project.  I had to contact the company to find out what was going on.  This was in April.  We set another date in early May, because I wanted the house done for my son's graduation from high school on May 22nd.  The date was changed twice, by Carlos, which pushed the project out to June.  The painting job finally got done in mid June but there were area's that needed touching up. Carlos agreed to address several area's that was not to his satisfaction.  Being that he was going to be out of town for the week of July 4th, Carlos promised that he would take care of everything upon his return from New Orleans the following week.  We are still waiting...........

We had a plumbing leak and we discovered this because the drywall was becoming discolored. We got the plumbing repaired, but we needed to repair the hole that was cut in the drywall. They did a really good job. There were some extra costs for the materials. He put the patch on and the seaming around the patch is really nice. The ceiling has a texture to it but he wasn’t able to do the texture. It’s still very nice.

It went ok.  They were on time and got the job done in the timeframe they stated.  They were excellent in almost every way.

We contracted Reign Down Painting to repaint our rental property.  They did an excellent job on the whole house for a very fair price.  Carlos was always available over email and kept us apprised of the progress.  Definitely plan to use this contractor again in the future.  Highly recommended!!!

Went very well. They had to spend 2 days because I added them to paint the trim. That was an extra charge but I expected that. They did a good job. Cleaned up well too.
