This guy is terrific. He is considerate, concerned, diligent, on the job daily and responsive at every turn. We asked for noticeable progress daily and that's what we got!!!! I am going to be referring him to as many people as I can. It is difficult to find contractors willing to work in a high-rise, much less competent ones. There is a good chance that he will break the record for timely completion of the project to boot!!! The last contractor we used, who by the way has a A++++ rating on Angie's List which is why I don't bother using the list for much anymore was a psycho. Thank goodness we were able to find someone to ease the pain. We deserved it!!! Oh, just an aside. Wanted to put in my comments on the psycho contractor to warn other people to stay away but I couldn't. Read the find print. The review will go back to the contractor. No way we could get around him not knowing who it was. Concerned for our safety!!! So much for Angie's List Neighborly approach huh???
