After meeting with him he gave me a bid which was most reasonable. The staff he hired to do the floor and wall tile, plumbing, counter tops, cabinets, and doors were very professional. The work was top quality. I enjoyed watching them work each day to accomplish the vision my wife and I had. With GREAT effort they completed the work ON TIME and ON BUDGET! A bathroom that is bright, modern, and completely ADA compliant .... and a bathroom that looks great! Charles Home Improvement is a wonderful company with great people. "I contacted Thomas Built to see if they could construct a fireplace mantle and surround for us. Terry came out did some measuring and gave us a quote. We worked on fine tuning things and waited until they had a break in their major projects. Terry returned for final measurements after we had granite tiles laid. The fireplace was built and delivered within three days. My husband stained it and installed it to save on the cost. Couldn't be happier with the final project. It does take some flexibility to work with Thomas Built when a project is this small, but it's well worth it."

"Used Angi to find help on 1-10-2025. Of the six companies I requested estimates from, Alonsos was the only one that responded. It was the next day. We needed repair to the house due to a branch spearing the back of it. His quote was reasonable and he was willing to come on Monday. The repairs were finished in a short time. My son thought to ask about our upper deck railing and the front board that was bad on the lower deck. Again we were given a reasonable quote and the work was done that day. To my surprise he replaced all three sides of the lower deck and added shoring. For the upper deck he enclosed the corners and it looks amazing. I will definitely keep him on speed dial for future work."

"The quality of work was SUPERB. What should have taken less than six months took over two and a half years!! Workers showed up whenever know communication from the GC. GC rarely came to the job site to monitor the work. Responsiveness to text, calls, and emails was almost nonexistent; only when picking up payment, would I be given one day's notice. I want this project to be over so I do not have to deal with this company ever again. I've lost so much money I can't even explain how stressful this project was. Buyer Beware! Empty promises time and time again. If you don't mind your project taking forever, they will do a good job. The only assurance as a homeowner is that the County comes in to inspect the work at the end of each phase."
