We and our local family members have used Mr. V for a variety of service calls over the past couple years. Boris has done an excellent job during each service call - today was to install anew microwave oven. Appointments have been scheduled quickly and Boris has always been prompt and efficient - he takes the time to make sure the project is completed correctly and safely, including testing and clean-up. Highly recommend!

The technician was quick to start the project. However, he did not communicate about timeline of parts very well. Lastly, he did honor his commitment to seeing the job through and helped with additional issues to make up for his shortcoming.

The have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. They do not honor the warranty and they will not respond to calls, texts, or emails after that have gotten your money and you are experiencing a problem with the repair. David missed the appointment and never came back out.

The repair man came out on Thursday. The part to fix our wash machine was not available. He said he would do research and get back to us Monday which seem like a very long time. We followed up twice on Monday and never got a callback from the technician. We finally got a call on Tuesday and he gave me the part number which I was able to find online. We end up deciding to just replace the washer. I do not think the customer service was very good.

First, we had an appointment from 11 to 1, but they called and said they were running a little late and would be about another 2 hours. I said okay but received a call again about being late. This went on all day until finally they did not show up the next day (after we stayed home all day waiting) The repairman walked in the house, looked at the refrigerator, and started telling me that the ice maker was put in wrong by Samsung. He pressed the reset button and said that he would need to replace it for $745.00 (the figure came out of the blue). I told him no thanks. The refrigerator is only three years old. We can buy a new one for a little more money. Or buy a lot of ice.
