"We needed a full renovation of our bathroom in order to accommodate my wife who is physically handicapped and is unable to navigate over ANY barrier in the bathroom. I needed a bathroom that met her needs AND was designed appropriately for use by non-handicapped visitors. Charles from Charles Home Improvement came to the house and truly listened to my somewhat complex needs including a bathroom with no curbs, no shower doors, or walls. After meeting with him he gave me a bid which was most reasonable. The staff he hired to do the floor and wall tile, plumbing, counter tops, cabinets, and doors were very professional. The work was top quality. I enjoyed watching them work each day to accomplish the vision my wife and I had. With GREAT effort they completed the work ON TIME and ON BUDGET! They brought several workers with them the first today of the drywall install and they worked steadily until all was hung that day. (A full garage ceiling and walls and upstairs garage apartment drywall for certain requested ceiling areas.). After that Jose spent several days with a helper getting all the taping, mudding and sanding done; then finished with priming upstairs as requested and priming and painting downstairs.
