House Cleaning: The cleaning was thorough, detailed, and professional. Every room was spotless—from baseboards to ceiling fans. They were respectful of my space, arrived on time, and completed the job efficiently. My home felt fresh and looked immaculate afterward. Interior Painting: The painting was equally impressive. It was excellent from start to finish. She showed up on time, which is unheard of anymore. She did everything she told me she was going to do, and she didn't come back to try and upcharge me after she started the work. My fixtures look better than they did when I bought my house. She had a smile the whole time and totally made me feel comfortable having her take the reigns and run with what needed to be done to get my place looking good enough to get my moms seal of approval.

It was amazing! Michele showed up on time and got my whole place done quicker than I thought possible. She was great to talk with and super professional. I cannot tell you how happy I am that she took me on as a client!

Hard worker

After reading mixed reviews, I decided to give Michelle a try as she was the only person I called that said she was willing to clean the grout in my floors and baths. She arrived on time, and she worked non-stop for close to 6 hours. She did a great job. My bathroom has never been so clean. The grout in my kitchen floor was very clean! She did windowsills, baseboards, etc. I will definitely be hiring her again and recommending her. She explained that she got the bad reviews after she was in a bad accident, and was not 100% recovered.

VERY well! My house needed TLC! Michelle paid extreme attention to detail. She wiped down the bathroom doors where the children's dirty hands had touched them, the white wainscoting in the kitchen by the table where things had splattered, etc. That was of course after conquering that huge task of cleaning 4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, toy room, etc.; a total of 3,500 sq. ft. of house ravaged by 3 children and 2 dogs. I purchased a 10 hour deep cleaning off of Angie's list, and Michelle completed the job in 9 hours. She moved living room furniture to sweep and mop under them. The pictures included were taken by my 7 year old daughter, because she was so excited how the house looked! The after pictures do NOT do justice to what Michelle went through to get the rooms to look like that! This cleaning was a gift to my husband, in his love language, for Valentine's Day! He was sooooo impressed!! Thank you Michelle!!

Paid for 6 hours of cleaning.. The first problem was scheduling. She said she had medical issues to deal with, so we were sympathetic and willing to be flexible. We asked for early weekday. She kept making an appointment and then rescheduling. She tried to schedule for 4 pm on Friday. We did not want her to be cleaning while we were having dinner and relaxing after working all week. I asked her if the 6 hours was literally 6 hours and she said the deal was "up to 6 hours depending on what was needed". I knew my house was in need of a great deal of work and 6 was definitely needed, but figured a professional cleaning service could at least take care of the obvious areas and perhaps we could hire her to come back to finish over time. I didn't expect her to have the house immaculate. I left her a note with a $25 tip and said I wanted to schedule a regular cleaning once the house was in decent shape. I could see where she did some dusting and vacuuming and cleaned the bathrooms, but there was a great deal of obvious work left to be done, and I'm not talking about difficult time consuming work. There is no way she spent anywhere near 6 hours. I didn't expect perfection, but we were very disappointed and would not recommend her service. If she didn't think it was a good deal for her she shouldn't have made the offer.

Michelle came On 10/19/2016 at approx 7PM to start cleaning is what she said. When she arrived she said she was exhausted and had a cancelation at 5 pm the following day and would come take care of it then. I said that was fine. She talked for a bit and left. Next day she didn't show at 5 but I received a text that said she would be at the house at 7. She showed up at 6:30 and immediately went to work. I stayed out of her way. The house is completely empty. I asked her about cleaning behind the washing machine because she didn't have to do anything to the oven on the inside. She stated she was sorry she hurt her shoulder and could not move it. So my yard guy got something to pick stuff up and grabbed all the stuff from behind washer and dryer. We never moved them at all. Around 8:15 I left her at the house to finish up. Asked her to put the key in the utility room behind the blue caulking gun. I have had at least 4 other people working on the house that came over found the key and replaced the key with no issues. It is very easy to find. In plain site as soon as you open the door the caulking gun is on a shelf right in front of you. I returned to the house around 8:40 because I left my water in the fridge. I went to get the key and no key. Checked the door and it was locked. Texted her and no response. I am getting really worried because I have work men coming first thing in the morning. Finally a couple hours later I get a text that she didn't see where to put the key and left it on a container I had placed outside. The next day I arrived at the house around noon. My floor guys son had been hurt and unable to come that morning so I was the first to enter the house since she left. Looked and finally found the key. Went in and started to do my morning walk thru and immediately noticed where she had mopped it left lines of lint and dirt. Knowing she had not wiped the kitchen counters off before I left and that she left basically right after me because of the time frame explained above I checked kitchen counters. There were still pieces of debris on them. The mantle in the LR had not been dusted. As I started sweeping I swept up small piles of dirt in every single room. When I re-mopped the bathroom the water was filthy. I had to wipe of all the bathroom vanities. I did not re clean shower or bath but to be honest I am not sure she really had to clean them either. They had been scrubbed and bleached so much in the fixing of the house I am pretty sure they were already clean. The faucets in the bathrooms both brand new were streaked and I had to reclean them. I spent at least 2 hours redoing and doing what she was suppose to take care of. She offered to come back late that night and do it but she knew I was handing over the keys to the realtor that day. The house was going on the market. I did not feel like I could trust her to be responsible with the keys and getting them where they should go after the night before or that I could trust her to clean the house properly. When she had finally answered the night before I asked her then if she would be coming back to do a couple more hours of cleaning. I paid for 4. SHe said no I pay for 4 and she cleans up to 4 hours. She went thru that house so fast and did such a poor job trying to rush instead of just giving me what I paid for. he also made a comment that her vacuum had broke that day and that her mop for the bathrooms had broke while cleaning mine. I hired her based on the reviews alone from Angie's list.

I worked in business for 30 years and I know what it's like to be in customer service and my employees would be disciplined for the lack of customer service I received. Poor response time. I purchased the deal, received no contact. I contacted a rep form Angie's List and only then, after Angie's List contacted Michelle, I did receive an email stating she was overwhelmed with the number of responses and it was hard for her to take care of her regular customers and get back to the people purchasing the deal.s I personally feel she should take the deal down, or at least have someone respond to the numerous requests she's receiving. She asked if this weekend would work for me; I told her this weekend was fine and I gave her a list of items that needed to be completed and that everything needed to be completed by November 7th, when my granddaughter was coming and I needed to bombproof the home. I heard nothing from her and I have canceled my deal with Country Girl. She has given Angie's List a bad reputation.

Excellent. I paid $250 for whole house cleaning (after the tenant moved out, so the house was empty but there were places where there was dirt, appliances were not fully clean, and she tried to was/clean some walls too). Our house has full basement plus two levels. She charged $200 for cleaning 44 windows (she claimed it took 12 hours- even if it actually took less, the price looks acceptable). She also replaced bulbs for $80 (she paid $73 at Lowes to buy the replacement bulbs).

AWESOME!! This lady did not stop and when she did, the house was beyond my expectations..

Country Girl Cleaning does a thorough general cleaning and readily does extra things I ask to have done. They are honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company. I have them in weekly right now.

Michelle cleans our house on a weekly basis and does a very thorough job. I am a very picky client and if I ask her to do something differently or if I point out a problem she always accepts my comments with a smile and a very positive attitude. She is dependable and always goes the extra mile for us. Michelle is also trustworthy and has access to a key so she can come and go from our home on her own.  We are very pleased with Michelle and highly recommend her.
