"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."

"Everything went smoothly from the initial inspection with John through the install of the foundation support and jacks with Will, Brian and Steven. Everything was top notch and the quality of the materials is far superior. Even has some other contractors that were impressed with their work. They were professional, cleaned up everything, friendly and answered all my questions. Was able to get a successful raising of the house and I know it’s going to last now. Never was upsold on anything and have recommendations and things to watch for for future issues potential. Would recommend them to anyone needing support or foundation work done. Only problem was the wait to get them, but it was worth it!"

"Franklins crew arrived as schelduled and after inspeccting the pipes and septic system, determined it was NOT the main drain but merely a busted tub drain that had been damaged during a recent remodel. While there they replaced a p-trap, jetted the lines, emptied the septic tank and replaced the busted pipe. Their crew was AMAZING! They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't go out of their way to break the bank. The work was done in a timely manner and I was notified about each repair or procedure in real time via text or photos or call. I was in utter shock that I had been so bamboozled by such a trusted big name national plumber on my 1st estimate and will NEVER use another Septic Specialist/ Plumber unless it is Franklin's. Twice the work for less than half the original estimate and the work was honest and superior. I could not wait to write this review! It is so rare especially as a woman, to find honest contractors. I would highly recommend this company for all your septic and plumbing. There's a certain peace of mind that comes with knowing a company comes with good marks. "Wow.......I am so impressed.....Last Saturday I waited all day for another  plumber that was scheduled who  called me 2 times always telling me he was on the way.........Ended up arriving 5 hours late with an attitude, saying his GPS was broken and I gave him wrong directions.............so did not allow him to enter the home.
I called Jim..........he set an appointment.....He gave me a rough estimate based on what I knew had to be done, although I totally understood that once he saw the repair, this could change if more extensive work needed..........And, he even showed up on time and called to confirm he was on the way.
Price was as expected and work done perfectly and efficiently.
The most impressive thing was   COMMUNICATIONS......I could talk to him and he totally understood what had to be done.......No language issues and misunderstanding.  And he actually did know how to follow directions..........
I would highly recommend Jim.......To find an honest and reliable plumber is such a joy........

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
