"My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.

"I hired two helpers for 2 hours on October 17,2020. The two helpers (names unknown) arrived at my home (127 Gado Way, Loudon) and immediately started unloading the Penske truck with the contents being moved into my garage. Some of these boxes and some bare items were very heavy and awkward. After this with plenty of the 2 hours remaining we took the truck to a nearby storage unit where they helped load all items then return to my home and unload into the garage. The two men hired worked vigorously without complaint during the entire operation taking no breaks except to drink a bit of water. "Shane and Chris did a fantastic job with my old rotten kitchen floor. It ended up being a bigger job than expected, but they handled it well. They rebuilt the old floor from the ground up. New floor joist, subfloor and jacked the old floor back up to level with the new floor they installed. They installed new lanoleum flooring and a badly needed ceiling fan with lights. They did a great job connecting the old kitchen to the new."
