"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. "My stucco project was a small 1000sf house with block painted with old Searscote. There were a handful of details that were important to me. Bradley walked around with me, heard me out and actually did everything we discussed. I had blocked in several gable vents and a window opening and after the job was finished, you would never know where my rough patch jobs were. The finish around the windows, at the base, on the gable ends, on the small wooden add on, and around the doors was perfect. Barney is an artist. I canâ t say enough good things about these guys theyâ ve restored my faith in hiring some things out instead of diying everything."
