During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.

"I hired two helpers for 2 hours on October 17,2020. The two helpers (names unknown) arrived at my home (127 Gado Way, Loudon) and immediately started unloading the Penske truck with the contents being moved into my garage. Some of these boxes and some bare items were very heavy and awkward. After this with plenty of the 2 hours remaining we took the truck to a nearby storage unit where they helped load all items then return to my home and unload into the garage. The two men hired worked vigorously without complaint during the entire operation taking no breaks except to drink a bit of water. I would recommend these two workers anytime for any type of assistance. Please extend our thanks to these two men again for us, John & Linda Sutton"

The painters came out to preview the job, made suggestions for colors and gave a reasonable estimate. This was great. On the day before the job, the painters came out to prep the walls. On the day of the job, they came on time, as promised. They even performed some extra tasks that were not discussed, but appreciated!They moved appliances, shelves, railings and cleaned up! Our family is well-pleased and will definitely call on Ebony Painting and Remodeling again."
