"They were professional came in and fix our dining room floor that had been botched up by 2 previous so called contractors who we now know weâ re just handyman and a recent carpet school graduate with no hard wood floors experience. We have already hired them to come back and do our office and great room canâ t wait to see the finished floors we may also get them to do our stairs and 2 nd floor hallway. "I was promptly contacted for an appointment to discuss my flooring job, and Ms. Ann also brought samples for me to review. Ms. Ann showed up well prepared. We discussed what I wanted and the rooms floors to be updated, she measured and we went over the samples, and pricing. The floors were beautiful when completed, and any minor issues I had Ms. Ann, Mr. Tommy, and a wonderful apprentice named Zach assisted in resolving my issues. Customer service was on point, and the quality of the work was of the highest standard. I would recommend Fogel's Fine Floors to family and friends. Price was reasonable and my mother and I were well pleased."
