"Ok. I love these types of customers. First off, I was originally hired to paint and build a deck. Funny how those pics don't show that messed up. Secondly, he is correct in the statement that we were not experienced in a few areas but the entire house is redone. Wood floor laid, house painted, deck completed. Whole new room created. But none of that was mentioned. And those pics are BEFORE we cleaned. NEW CARPET PUT IN. NEW WINDOWS, NEW SLIDING DOOR ETC... he is a bad man who took advantage of a company and now has a issue because he can't sell. A Lein is being placed on his house and won't be released and he is upset."

"I appreciate the feedback from Member. The items that she is referring to are items that could not be taken care of from cleaning. Example, bathroom counter is coming apart and she told my cleaner (my Wife) it wasn't cleaned. Sun room glass table she said wasn't clean but it was the underside of glass that was hazy and I do not allow my girls to flip glass tops because of safety for them and the customer. I was there personally and oversaw all work completed and this member actually told me to my face I was lying about things I did personally saying they were never done. Bottom line is no two customers are alike and neither have the same idea of clean. If this member would have called and issued the other items she said she took care of after we left, I would have sent my girls back out to rectify the problems or refunded her money. My whole goal is for complete satisfaction but as everyone is aware, that is impossible. I wish her the best of luck in the future with other cleaners.."

"I appreciate the review of [removed member name]. She is correct. A newly hired girl was taken with us that day and yes she did place an item which was not hers in her bag. After I was contacted by [removed member name], I immediately confronted the employee and she admitted to picking it up. She said it was unintentional but never the less she was released and the item was returned with great haste and with a sincere apology. I personally met with Mr and [removed member name] and not only informed them that the person was released and if wanted I would press charges. They said no since it was returned. The thing that bothers me is the comment of shabby work. We cleaned for that couple a number of times and was never told our work was less than satisfactory. We were left a longer list which we performed without hesitation. And as far as not moving forward with us, they were in the process of moving out of state so there was no chance of us moving forward regardless of the incident. For the loss of the item and the inconvenience of the situation, we had offered to perform the moveout clean at no charge to the [removed member name] and to assist with any other help needed. I as the owner of Amys cleaning have no problem admitting when we as a company mess up but at the same time the whole story should be told. We run background checks on all new hires and try to be at every home to avoid this type of situation but it is impossible as any small business owner knows to see all things at all times. I appreciate [removed member name] comments and wish her and hers the best."

"Just wanted to comment on the post from the member, For three days I returned her phone call with just an answering service to talk to. I left a message all 3 times with no response. I feel it is unfair to blast a company that can only do what the client allows them to do. We take care of 72 residential homes and hardly ever miss our time and we ALWAYS return calls. Issues do arise where on occasion we might be late or have to reschedule all together but there is always communication. To drive 50 plus miles one way without comfirmation is not good business. Again. I apologize for any misunderstandings but business is just that, Business..."
