"Regarding the below review from Julie Cole, an arbitration was made to agree upon not making false allegations against our business, anyone can reference the yelp review and see the first clear lie as we have ground wire posted in this photo from the build, we also have a closed electric Permit from the county showing this was done something the Cole’s would not know about because they installed a high voltage dangerous outlet with a non licensed “electrician” because ours was too expensive and would have required an additional permit, Besides $10,000 in free concrete coating we did and sacrificing our business name to help the Cole’s they created a dangerous work environment built on deception and tried to get the entire $47,000 back they spent for various reasons but mainly the leak that 3 separate leak detection companies confirmed was not there and the reason we did not pay for their entire pool."
