Septic was backed up! Said tank did not need pumping! They Tried jetting the field lines which was unsuccessful! Then they offered a much more expensive solution with no guarantee it would work. I told them no and payed them. Next day I had another company here and the problem was fixed...

They charged me for time to install the wrong size disposal, then guy had to leave so he sent for another plumber to come and bring the correct size unit, remove the wrong one and install correct size. I would think he could see that my sink is a deep sink versis regular sink before he installed the wrong one. How is his error my expense? I had to pay for 3.5 hours of labor for what should've been a 2 hour job. The faucet repair was quick and simple and he did a great job with it."
