Koala Insulation of Atlanta Perimeter North is the area's certified insulation expert providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors and property owners. We work with new construction, retrofit applications, and properties affected by natural disasters or that have suffered significant damage. We provide all types of insulation including blown-in cellulose and fiberglass, spray foam, and batt-insulation. Furthermore, we provide a number of energy efficiency upgrades such as air sealing, thermal imaging, hatch and can light covers. If it involves insulating or improving energy efficiency within a building envelope, we can handle it. We offer competitive prices and free insulation evaluations. We are locally owned and operated, fully insured and licensed, and our services come with a limited lifetime warranty.

Spray Foam Insulation Installation
From being super responsive to my inquiry, to having one of their guys come to the house and estimate the cost, timing, and all that's involved, to the actual work done, the process was executed flawlessly. The main tech doing the spraying texted afterwards with a number of photos and an explanation of how the job turned out. I appreciate when a contractor does high quality work, but even more so when they are responsive.

Koala Insulation Atlanta Perimeter North is a top notch company. They provided an excellent service at an excellent price. I would recommend them for any insulation needs. They were very highly informative and non-pressuring on the initial sales visit. They informed me on the exact insulation that would work best for my attic. We agreed on the proposal and set an installation schedule. They met the schedule, showed up on time, were very professional, and completed the install to perfection.

They were ponctual, clean, thorough. They did a cleanup and sanitized before intalling the new attic insulation. They did not rush thru the work, but were able to complete the job in one day (even with the expectation of possbly 2 days). They were professional and respectful of my time. Communicating anything that was out of the scope of the work, or not antecipaed. They showed me the completed work and made sure I was satisfied with it. They cleaned up and put everything back before leaving. Excellent service!

I had the opportunity to work with Aldrick and his team at Koala Insulation in March of 2024. His team was extremely professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. If they had any questions or concerns they communicated them immediately and professionally. They scheduled appointments around and my complex schedule. I truly believe that this company went well above expectations and that's just from a customer experience perspective. The insulation that they installed was great and allowed me to pass my city inspection. I flip homes and have been looking for a good insulation company. I definitely will be using them again!

Mike and Allen from Koala Insulation of Atlanta Perimeter North were amazing to work with. The final result is fantastic and they were very thorough from estimate to scheduling to old insulation removal to install and final walkthrough. They shared photos and videos at each step of the way and their communications were very professional. Great experience. From the removal of the insulation (apparently from 1979) to the installation of the new wall insulation and blow in of the floor insulation. They even took care of the details like putting board insulation on the attic doors. Very satisfied. Already noticing the difference.
