"OK. They were professional, nice, and on time. However, they didn't fix the toilet and had to come back a second time. The price for fixing the toilet was reasonable (around $285). However, the second time they came out, we had then install a showerhead. The price for installing the showerhead was pricey. We had purchased the showerhead, so all we were asking was that it be installed. A showerhead doesn't take that long to install nor is it particularly difficult, but the bill was $110 (labor). I don't expect workmen to clean as thoroughly as I do, but both times they came out I did have to clean up afterwards. Although I was not 100% pleased, I would try them one more time."
